general meeting of the Hong Kong Chess Federation (the \u201c<strong>Federation<\/strong>\u201d) will be held at <strong>Room 201, 2\/F, Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, No. 15 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on 22 October 2015 at 6:30 p.m instead.<\/strong> for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing, with or without modifications, the following resolutions as ordinary
