The Disciplinary Committee met on 1st<\/sup> October 2015 at the City University grounds to deliberate on an issue that has plagued Hong Kong chess for a long time i.e. the defaulting of games. Before us was a case where there were 4 defaults in a single event. This player\u2019s 4 opponents each had to be present for one hour to claim their win.<\/p>\n

Decision<\/strong><\/p>\n

After careful deliberations on the material presented, it is the unanimous decision of the Disciplinary Committee that the reasons given were insufficient to justify the defaulting of these 4 games.<\/p>\n

Recommended action<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
1.<\/td>\nImmediate suspension of HKCF membership for 3 months.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\nFor the entire year 2016, may not participate in any event organised by HKCF and may not represent HKG in any FIDE event.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/td>\nMay not participate in the preliminaries or finals of the Hong Kong Chess Championship 2017.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\u7d00\u5f8b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u57282015\u5e7410\u67081\u65e5\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u57ce\u5e02\u5927\u5b78\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e86\u4e00\u5b97\u5728\u4e00\u4f4d\u8cfd\u54e1\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u6bd4\u8cfd\u7f3a\u5e2d\u56db\u6b21\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u8a72\u8cfd\u54e1\u7684\u56db\u4f4d\u5c0d\u624b\u7686\u8981\u7b49\u5f85\u4e00\u5c0f\u6642\u624d\u80fd\u88ab\u5224\u52dd\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n
