NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>that a special general meeting of the Hong Kong Chess Federation (the \u201cFederation<\/strong>\u201d) will be held at\u00a0Flat A, 1\/F, Nan Sang Building, 86 Belcher’s Street, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong on Sunday 3rd<\/sup> January 2016 at 6:30 p.m.<\/strong>\u00a0for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing, with or without modifications, the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions:<\/p>\n
