Time control: 75 minutes plus 30 seconds increment per move (different time control shall apply if any player rated above 2200). Participants should present themselves before 18:30 on the 3rd September, else will not be paired for round 1.<\/p>\n

Event open to HKG players (priority to registered members) and with a small allocation of places for non-members and\/or other federations. HKCFL reserves the right to decline an entry. There is an absolute limit of 32 participants.<\/p>\n
