Event open to players from all federations. HKCFL reserves the right to decline any entry. This is a FIDE rated event therefore all players must have a valid FIDE ID.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Priority given to members of HKCFL, non-members may be put on a waiting list if entries exceed 50. This is the maximum number of participants allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
