In view of the many infringements on the national anthem and HKSAR flag during prize giving ceremonies by some sports associations, we urge all chess players to be mindful of the following regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guidelines for Athletes Participating in International Competitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure the proper respect for the National Anthem and Regional Flag in international sports events, the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) have issued the “Guidelines on Handling the Playing of the National Anthem and Raising of the Regional Flag for Hong Kong Athletes and Teams Engaging in International Sports Event” in 2022. To provide clear guidance to athletes participating in future international competitions and to prevent any violations of the code, the Association would like to issue the following notice as a reminder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Even if you register as an individual, you are required to report to the Association.<\/li>
  2. You must apply to this association for the official Regional Flag from SF&OC.<\/li>
  3. Before participating in international competitions, please read the “Guidelines on Handling the Playing of the National Anthem and Raising of the Regional Flag for Hong Kong Athletes and Teams Engaging in International Sports Event” issued by the SF&OC. The guidelines can be found at this<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    All athletes must adhere to the above guidelines. Any violation may result in the suspension of training and competition qualifications by the Association<\/strong>. We highly value the opportunities for every athlete to participate in competitions. We hope that all athletes will continue to challenge themselves and win glory for Hong Kong while ensuring compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u70ba\u78ba\u4fdd\u570b\u6b4c\u548c\u5340\u65d7\u5728\u570b\u969b\u9ad4\u80b2\u8cfd\u4e8b\u4e2d\u7372\u5f97\u61c9\u6709\u5c0a\u91cd\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u9999\u6e2f\u9ad4\u80b2\u5354\u6703\u66a8\u5967\u6797\u5339\u514b\u59d4 \u54e1\u6703 (\u6e2f\u5354\u66a8\u5967\u59d4\u6703) \u9812\u5e03\u4e86\u300c\u9999\u6e2f\u904b\u52d5\u54e1\u53ca\u968a\u4f0d\u53c3\u8207\u570b\u969b\u9ad4\u80b2\u8cfd\u4e8b\u671f\u9593\u8655\u7406\u64ad\u653e\u570b\u6b4c \u548c\u5347\u639b\u5340\u65d7\u7684\u6307\u5f15\u300d\u3002\u70ba\u514d\u672a\u4f86\u6709\u904b\u52d5\u54e1\u53c3\u52a0\u570b\u969b\u8cfd\u4e8b\u672a\u6e05\u695a\u6307\u5f15\u800c\u9055\u53cd\u5b88\u5247\uff0c\u672c\u6703 \u7279\u6b64\u901a\u544a\u63d0\u9192\u5927\u5bb6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1.   \u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u4ee5\u500b\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\u5831\u540d\u53ca\u81ea\u8cc7\u53c3\u8207\u6bd4\u8cfd\uff0c\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u5411\u672c\u6703\u5831\u5099<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.   \u5fc5\u9808\u5411\u672c\u6703\u7533\u8acb\u6e2f\u5354\u66a8\u5967\u59d4\u6703\u4e4b\u5b98\u65b9\u7279\u5340\u5340\u65d7<\/p>\n\n\n\n
