SPECIAL NOTICE !!! To represent Hong Kong in World or Regional events ONLY permanent residents are allowed. However, the board of directors may in certain cases make an exception.

There is NO guarantee that we can issue you with a HKG FIDE ID and if your application is rejected we will refund payment immediately.

Proof of identity FIDE requires that IDs can only be issued on proof of residence. Please upload a picture of your proof. The name of your proof of identity must match the name given here on this form. Sorry NO pdf files just the normal picture files like jpg/png/gif etc.
