Hong Kong National Arbiter Seminar 2024
The Hong Kong China Chess Federation Limited (HKCFL) is organizing a National Arbiter seminar for individuals aspiring to earn the National Arbiter (NA) title. Upon successful completion of the course and achieving a passing score on the online examination, participants will be awarded the NA title, granting them the license to officiate chess events.
This seminar is reserved for Hong Kong residents only.

Requirements: All participants must have a HKG FIDE ID and over 16 years old
Seminar fee: HKD 800 per participant
