HKCFL Summer Blitz Chess Championship 2022
Online registration for this event is now open. This event is FIDE rated for Blitz which means only those with FIDE ID can play. Time control: 5 minutes plus 3 seconds increment per move. Participants should present themselves before 18:45 on Monday 22nd August, else will not be paired for round 1.

Entry Fee:
FREE – members of the Hong Kong Chess Federation Limited. Priority shall be given to members of HKCFL, non-members may be placed on a waiting list as there is a limit of 50 players allowed due to government regulations.
HKD300 – non-members.

Tiebreaks
1) Direct Encounter (between players tied on same points)
2) Buchholz Cut 1
3) Greater Number of Wins as Black (forfeits counted as White)
4) Buchholz (all results counted)
5) Rating performance without 2 results (EM 2011)
NOTE: If the above is insufficient then they shall be declared Joint Champions
