Hong Kong National Arbiter Seminar 2022
The HKCFL will be running a National Arbiter seminar for those who wants to get a National Arbiter title. Upon the successful completion of this course and a credit pass in the online examination, you will be awarded the National Arbiter (NA) title with a licence to conduct chess events.
This seminar is reserved for Hong Kong residents only.

Requirements: All participants must have a HKG FIDE ID and over 16 years old
Seminar fee: HKD 600 per participant
