Only those who are permanent residents of Hong Kong may use this form to apply for FIDE ID. Children qualify as residents if one of the parents is a permanent resident. DO NOT SEND HKID OF PARENT until requested by the federation.

Proof of identity FIDE requires that IDs can only be issued on proof of residence. Please upload a picture of your proof. The name of your proof of identity must match the name given here on this form. Sorry NO pdf files just the normal picture files like jpg/png/gif etc.
