Hong Kong Junior Chess Championships 2023
After many long years of this pandemic, we are now able to hold a proper chess tournament to select our best to represent Hong Kong on the world stage. The winners are selected as our official representatives and shall get full board at major FIDE events. Many international events are planned for 2023 and it will be an exciting year for chess.
This tournament is open to all those with HKG FIDE ID with no restrictions on entry.
This event is co-organised by our federation and the United Christian College who have given us a nice venue for 2 full days viz: 7th & 8th January 2023.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If there is any player FIDE rated 1800 or higher then it will be 5 rounds for the group that this player is entered. All other groups 7 rounds.
