Hong Kong National Arbiter Seminar 2023 – ONLINE
The HKCFL will be conducting an online National Arbiter seminar for those who wants to obtain a National Arbiter title. Upon successful completion of this course and a credit pass in the online examination, you will be awarded the National Arbiter (NA) title with a lifetime licence to conduct chess events.
This seminar is reserved for Hong Kong residents only (including those who are working here).

Language: To be conducted in English only
Requirements: All participants must have a FIDE ID and over 16 years old
Seminar fee: HKD 1,200 per participant
