Saint-Petersburg vs Hong Kong Chess Match
Our federation has agreed to play an online match with Saint-Petersburg Chess Club on Sunday 14th May 2023 across all age groups. Places are limited and we will confirm all players before 7th May 2023.
Hong Kong national champions in these age groups will have priority and a lower tournament admin fee.
It’s always great to have the opportunity to play against opponents from different countries, as it allows for a chance to learn from different playing styles and approaches to the game. It’s also a great way to socialise with other chess communities and make new connections.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This match must be played under supervision at our offices and in Zoom with our counterparts in Saint Petersburg. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the match to do your computer setup.
