Eastern District Chess Championship 2021 (FIDE rated)

This is a FIDE rated event for those with FIDE ID and who also are members of the Hong Kong Chess Federation. The purpose of this event is to promote the art and culture of chess in the Eastern District through the “Eastern District Sports Festival 2021” this event is organised by the Eastern District Council and co-organised by our federation.

Competition date: January 16, 2022 (Sunday)

Competition time: 13:30 – 16:15

Competition venue: Aldrich Bay Community Hall

Competition groups: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, Open

Generous cash vouchers are offered to the prize winners and all are welcome. There is a strict requirement for FIDE ID. All participants shall receive souvenirs. All cash vouchers are in HKD. ENTRY IS FREE TO ALL !!!

Time control: 5 minutes plus 3 seconds increment per move

宗　　旨： 藉著「東區康體節2021」，在東區推廣國際象棋的藝術及文化

世界國際象棋聯合會 計分賽 (FIDE rated)：U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, Open

報名名額： 各組名額二十五人。如報名人數或隊數超過名額，則先取錄東區居住、就讀或就業的參賽者，剩餘的名額先到先得。

賽　　制： 積分編排制七輪，每方五分鐘，每步加三秒

報名費用： 全免，每位參賽者只能報名一個組別。每位參賽者可獲大會贈送精美禮品一份。

獎項如下：

冠　軍：禮券$400、獎座乙個

亞　軍：禮券$300、獎座乙個

季　軍：禮券$200、獎座乙個

殿　軍：禮券$100、獎座乙個 優異獎五至八名：禮券$100、獎牌乙個
